Stability of supersonic Couette flow of vibrationally excited molecular gas

In the paper results of numerical and analytical studies of the supersonic flat Couette flow stability are presented. The system of equations of two-temperature gas dynamics was used as an original mathematical model. Calculations were carried out on the base of the classical linear stability theory and also with using alternative nonlinear energy theory.
