Visa
Dear foreign guests!
According to the requirements of the Federal Migration Service (FMS) and the Russian legislation for foreign colleagues to participate in the School it is necessary to make a humanitarian visa with a purpose of entry “scientific and technical communications”. Participation in the conference of foreign participants with a tourist or business visa is prohibited by the FMS rules.
Humanitarian visa is prepared on the basis of an invitation letter, which is made by the School organizing committee in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) of Russia.
Visa invitation is prepared for free in 3 weeks for residents of USA, China, Japan, Austria, Belgium,Bulgaria, Hungary, Germany, Denmark, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg,Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Finland, France, Croatia, Czech Republic, Switzerland, Sweden, Estonia.
For residents of other countries (not included in the list of the countries listed above) Turnaround time – 1, 5 months.
For invitation letter preparation please send e-mail with the subject “Visa for School” to the organizing committee: a.frolova.nsu@gmail.com
The letter should contain following data:
- For residents of oll countries - Passport copy (pages of the passport with personal data) in pdf;
- Complete office address;
- Complete home address;
- Position;
- Post code;
- Fax number;
- Phone number;
- The name of the city where the visa have to be prepared (in the Russian consulate in the country).
