Visa

All Indian participants of the Symposium need a valid Passport and an entry visa to Russia
(Passport should be valid during 6 MONTHS AFTER THE SYMPOSIUM - at least until March 1, 2014).

In order to obtain a unitary CONFERENCE visa to Russia,  participants should have the official "Invitation to Russia".
The procedure of preparing and getting the "Invitation to Russia" usually takes 30-40 days.

To complete this  invitation formalities we kindly ask you to fill in attached Visa form  (  Visa-Form-RISymp.doc )  and send it to the secretariat 

by E-mail   star@catalysis.ru before  April  30, 2013.
Please also send the high quality electronic copy of the 1st and 2nd pages of  passport (with the personal data) as graphic jpg-file by E-mail.
If the period of passport validity is prolonged and it is marked in the separate page – please send this page also.


A separate visa application form and a copy of a passport should be sent for an accompanying person.

The representative of the St. Petersburg Scientific Center will send you the Invitation (in Russian) by fax or E-mail, and then by post.

This Invitation should be presented to the Russian Federation Consulate as the basis for the visa application.
If you request visa in country other than your home country, make electronic copy of valid visa or residence permit and send it to Organizing Committee as well.
