USING METHODS OF THE FRAGMENTED PROGRAMMING FOR THE SOLUTION OF A PROBLEM OF miRNA COMPARISON AND DENDROGRAM CREATION

In the presented article the problem of comparison of miRNA sequences and dendrogram construction is considered. During the scientific research by authors the following results were received:
- the mathematical model of miRNA comparison has been developed;
- the parallelized and fragmented algorithms of comparison of miRNA sequences have been developed;
- program realization of algorithm of miRNA comparison and dendrogram construction has been executed;
- results of work of the program were tested on data about miRNA sequences provided by staff of the biotechnology department of Kazakh NU named al-Farabi.
Work is performed with assistance of grant financing of scientific and technical programs and projects by Committee of science of MES RK, the "Development of Library of Parallel Subprogrammes for Automation of Creation of Big Parallel Numerical Models for Supercomputers in the field of Oil Geophysics" project.
