School-Conference includes a series of invited talks by leading scientists with the aim to introduce young scientists with actual problems and major advances in physics and technology. In the afternoon, poster session will be held in which undergraduate and graduate students will present their work. All proceedings should be submitted in English. All accepted proceedings will be published in Conference Theses Book free of charge. CDs with Conference Theses Book will provided to all registered participants as a part of welcome package also for free. Extended version of the thesis can be published in IOP Journal of Physics: Conference Series.
