Visa

Visa is a permit to enter and stay in the Russian Federation. This document is placed in your valid national passport. The visa validity dates will conform to the dates of your personal invitation letter. Visa issued based on personal invitation provided by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation (Russian MIA) or a written request from a host organization or institution.

How to get the invitation letter

Please note the conference participants should ask HUMANITARIAN type of Russian visa.

If you are a citizen of:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Hungary, Germany, Greece, Denmark, Egypt, Iceland, Spain, Italy, Cyprus, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Finland, France, Czech Republic, Switzerland, Sweden, Estonia, China, Japan

you will receive the personal invitation letter from host organization. Required documents for receiving invitation you can find in checklist 1. All necessary documents should be sent to Organizing Committee by e-mail kma@catalysis.ru

If you are a citizen of country, which is not in the list above, you will receive the invitation letter from Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation. Please use checklist 2.
