The article reveals the results of archaeological studies and pollen analysis of mediaeval Rodanovo settlement (Perm region). According to the data, the mediaeval population did the tillage (the finds of the shares of the tillage implement, millstones, harvest tools, Cerealia pollen, carbonized cereals) and cattle breeding (numerous finds of domestic animals bones, pasture plants pollen, saprophytic fungi Sordariaceae spores).
