The preliminary Conference programme with timetable have been posted in the Scientific Program tab page. In the timetable Krasnoyarsk time (+4 hour Moscow time) is specified.

Dear participants!
Due to the difficult epidemiological situation associated with new corona virus and as well as on the basis of the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation on restrictive measures, the Organizing Committee was forced to make a decision to change the conference format. The conference will be held as scheduled earlier from July 1 to 4, 2020 on-line only!
Information about online sessions and communication methods will be posted no later than May 30.

Dear Participants!
Now, the Local Organizing Committee continues the planned preparations for the conference.
If the conference is canceled, rescheduled or replaced by on-line format, the relevant information will be posted on the conference website in the News and sending to every one by e-mail.
In any case, we plan to publish the book of Abstracts in electronic form. If the conference is canceled or its format is changed, publication of the book of Abstracts and its sending to the participants will be possible if the participants pay a reduced registration fee.
Acceptance and publication of full-text papers based on the materials of the declared reports in the journals of Interfacial Phenomena and Heat Transfer and the Journal of Siberian Federal University. Mathematics and Physics will be provided in any case.
